In Florida a bill of sale isn't needed.
Just fill out the **** on the title and your done...... Unless you sold out of state.

A Hand written, notorized BOS should pass with the DVM and the bank. Why not pay it off at the bank and they can apply for the name on the title to be changed and sent to the buyer? If your through a Credit Union, they will send the title to you and you just sign it off to the buyer. Expect it to take up to 6 weeks to get the title back.
