Default Engine Builder

I have been away from the racing scene for awhile and I am getting things together for a car I have waited a long time for and I need to find a reputable engine builder in florida or nearby states somewhere that does work with big cube nitrous motors any recommendations would be helpful. It will be going in a 1998-2002 camaro ss.

Thanks in advance

Definatly hit up RevXtreme in Tampa, Florida. They have built a very nice nitrous engine for one of the mods here. I'll see if I can get a few specs.

User Name - 383LQ4SS

99 SS, M6, Black
* 415 ci HPE shortblock
* TEA stage 3 LS6 heads, FAST 90mm
* NX D/P 200-500 hp and NX maximizer II with FJO wideband from Nitro Dave
* BMR suspension
* Solid Cam By Allan Futral 260\271 .730\.714
* Custom Formato speed density tune from at Fasterproms.com
* Lots of help from Dino and the boys at RevXtreme.com
555 rwhp 485 rwtq NA
757 rwhp 669 rwtq on a 200 shot...400+ shot soon

Well, I guess RevXtreme didn't actually build the engine, my bad. I know they will be able to though. I'd contact him for more information. I think he is even selling stuff.

NLP is high priced. I have never had a problem getting Dino on the phone. Trust me though he is very busy. I was down there for a whole day and he had at least 50 calls. Half the time he is out of the desk helping out. He never just let the phone ring, unless he was with a customer.

Got a buddy who builds some damn good engines, his name is Carter and runs Edwards Motorsports. Here is a link to all of the types of engines he builds! http://www.fuelslut.net/forum/viewfo...796c15b9096e24

call up rev xtreme and ask for dino. tell him "gator" sent you. they have built up many big nitrous ls1 motors. one that comes to mind is a direct port 422" ls1 that made 869 rwhp on an honest dynojet in the middle of the SUMMER. that was also through a drag racing driveline.

car still runs great as of today.

as for it being "cheaper" to go to tx for a h/c install. lol. you gotta be crazy. gas at 2.30+ a gallon.....

Give it up, the new law will take your license for a year and fine you.

Sit back, a buddy of ours just got caught last weekend. He's the first one I know of personally since the revision of the law 10/05

JPR norris quoted me like 2000 for rebuilding my tranny. I went and got it done (at the place they use) for almost half that. I know they do EXCELLENT work, but I'm not willing to pay almost twice as much to have them do it.
