I'm thinking about replacing my window tinting soon. I had mine done to the legal limit back in '98 by Flying Window Tinters in Longwood. Had one small bubble in the door film a few years later. I damaged the hatch tint due to a package which didn't quite fir in the hatch, and the rear edge of the door film started rolling up as a result of worn seals. Replaced both seals, but didn't replace the film. I wasn't terribly impressed by the heat rejection, even with their best type of tint. They used a single piece of tint for each window pane.

Their warranty is odd, though. They call it a lifetime warranty, but you only get one free repair. Do shops charge exra to remove the old tint when installing new?
