Computer Tuning in Miami???????

I want to get my 02' Camaro Z28 A4 tuned, but I can find anyone that does LS1 in Miami. Also, I don't want to drive 4 hours from Miami or ship my ECU to get a tune. My mods are:

SLP Lid
SLP 85mm Maf
Ram Air
bellow
Free mods
No cats
$20 Cut out

Mike Norris(Next Level Performance) tunes cars for I believe "Horsepower Sales" down in your area every couple weekends.
