LS6 CAM for sale!!!

Are there any mild turbo set-ups out there, STS maybe? An LS6 cam has been known to benefit turbo set-ups powerbands and peak numbers quite well.

 

come on adrian you know you wanna add the z06 cam.itll be like the GT2-3 cam i had.sounds stock below 3k but pulls hard up top

i wonder how much different my 383 would act with that cam :thinkingoutloud:

 

My car is basically stock. 98 z28 with only mild mods. nothing done to engine. Would my car benefit from this cam? Do i need the springs and things to go along with it in order to install, or can i use the existing things?

I know it would be better to upgrade to the LS6 springs, and valves, or something like that. But just wondered about it the way it is.

JMO, but if I wasn't turbocharged and was just getting a turbo set-up and needed a cheap cam, I'd buy this one in a heartbeat. It prevents the tricky headache of finding a turbo cam, something that many people disagree on what THAT should be... The LS6 cam has been proven on ~900 rwhp turbo set-ups for benefitting the powerband.

That being said, for NA it's a good deal I GUESS, but to go through the trouble of "installing a cam" and tuning, I'd look for something a little better for NA... Just being honest, don't want people disappointed.

Just out of curiousity, I know a lil' off topic, but you guys seem to have a little knowledge about the LS6 cam so I'll ask.

What's the difference between the LS2 and LS6 cam? I've been told they are the same.
