The eclipseblade Autococker would never shoot that fast with paint. It may cycle that fast but not with paint. The 06 Cyborg is the fastest gun out there here is a video below that really shows you how fast paintball guns can shoot.

http://www.paintballblog.co.uk/2006/...org-06-marker/

Minimags can shoot about 10bps my dad has one of those that is old school.

15bps is the tournament rules you would not want any more than that believe me.

"leftme4dead" shoot me a pm I am at the field almost every Sunday unless it rains I will go to the indoor field below is a link to that.

My bad, it was an e2, the updated frame. I swear it said 31bps on the LCD screen on the the frame. Not sure how accurate it was though.

Those counters on the guns are not that accurate but with a E2 frame those things are very fast and most of all a very accurate gun. I have had a few of them in the past as well.

The ion I have shoots 17bps capped by the electronics. It's got 3-shot, fully auto, semi-auto, and rebound (basically if you pull the trigger like 6bps then it will shoot at 17bps, but anything lower is semi) Rebound is banned at most fields though.

It may seem that way where one guy could hold down a team of 5 people. Sorry but that will NEVER happen it is all about team work and shutting down lanes. Speedball is all about timing your moves and talking with your team. These guns shoot fast enough to throw a rope of paint so the other player can't move up.
I would suggest you play the game before you bash and down it. I felt the same way about speedball until I started playing it there is ALOT more skill than I would have thought. But I also like playing scenario woods ball as well.

man i did play it...ive played ball for the last 9 years and was sponsored for 2....i just never liked speed ball, regardless of tactics....the odds are HIGHLY against you if you get down people, and are playing against auto's....

ie 2 on 5 and theyve got autos....your PRETTY MUCH screwed...

in the woods however, i can take out like 5 guys with no issues....both take about the same amount of tactics...

full camo, a nice sized bottle of compressed air, some of that nasty jelly like EVIL paint, and my EXT...and i was having a good day...

i guess i was just never a speed ball player....not really good at it...to many bastards with angels and autocockers

speedball ,to me,is 100x better than woods, lol.when we first got into paintball me and my freinds would joke around about the speedballers with the $1k guns and oh how they were so crazy for spending that kind of money, lol.then we started actually playin it,lol.woods ball is like driving a big truck through the mud,its fun,but sppedball is like driving a viper through the mountians, fun and exciting and lots of adreneline.woods is just so damn boring,it would be alot better if you had markers that could snipe, but no paintball marker out there will shoot far and straight enough.

it may seem like one guy could hold you down, but thats only if you let them, you have to act quick and take your turn soon as it opens up.soon as that guy is reloading or checks his tape, you bolt so he didnt see you,get into position, then we he sticks his head out looking for you, your 2 bunkers closer and he didnt even see that paint blasting him in the goggles.oh,and dont even get me started on run through's.if you can pull off one of those you feel like king of the universe.

WTF?? see now this stuffs just gettin to complicated...

i guess i didnt like speed ball because i didnt have the right equipment for it...never used a speed loader, never had an auto....when we played in tournaments we'd only enter the woods ball scenarios, and when we'd get offered guns...we'd usually just get the very durable kind....

i dropped my tippman in a creek one day, picked it up...checked the seals and it worked fine...

my ext has seen more mud and rain then anything i know....you couldnt put autocockers and the like through that kinda treatment without something giving in

I totally agree. You can drop a tippman off a cliff and that thing will still work. They are probably the most durable gun out there.

I agree with you the Tipman is the tank of paintball guns. When it rains my guns don't come out in the rain I will pull out the pump then. Electronic circuit boards don't work well with water.

Caveman- When are you coming over to play so I can mow your face?
