i thinking an ms4 for the cam everybody that has one seems happy with it. probaly because im gonna build a another motor as well just a set of 5.3 heads. i have a 6.0 that came out of my cousins truck i plan on building. it ran hot and lifted the head gaskets so i bought the core off him the bottom end is okay but heads are done. probalby gonna stroke the 6.0 and use l92 heads not sure what cam i will use for that build up but thats after the ms4 and 5.3's for my ls1

i was gonna suggest the LS1 hotcam and the patriot performance 5.3L stg 3 heads, something tells me that combo would make a **** ton of bottmend and midrange power which would be killer on the street, maybe some 1.8 rockers for a lil' lift

hot cam sounds good but the ms4 sounds like hell on wheels

if it does become undrivable and unreliable i have other things to drive. i dont want to go with a cam and not be satified ie not big enuff there is a good bit of work to put in a cam so i dont wanna do it more than i have too. i just can see goin with the hotcam its not big enuff and use larger rocker to make up for the lack of lift. it would indeed be very streetable and make some deceint power. my cars is not quite a daily driver. i drive it daily because i enjoy it. i need some incentive to slow the mileage down a bit and start driving the jap junk sitten around so a big lumpy gas suckin cam would do it. i am in no way putting that setup down just not enuff cam i like a cam that is capable of putting me in the mid 11's without spray and the ms4 can do it

i want '02+ LS6 cam and patriot performance LS6 stg 2 heads with the 59cc combustion chamber and 1.8 rockers, i want it to kinda hide a lil'

i can understand that. thats a good conservative setup that will make great power. its not real loud and choppy. i dont really care about bein a sleeper anymore i been getting called out by a few guys here in st. marys. let one person see you beat a cobra and your cover is blown

the head and cam will have to wait, i have a **** ton of power right now and cant hook for **** or handle well, soooooooo.........suspension mods are my next move

get some lca's and t-arm and call it a day wider wheel tire combo will help the handeling a lil and maybe traction as well
