o.k. guys having some issues with the car,
at wot it drops down like usual but its sluggish through all rpms, rpm's seem to rise a little faster it runs up to about 6000 and shifts still barks second easily but i get a loud bakfire then it starts all over in 2nd gear same thing
also when i first start it there's a strong exhaust smell
took it to autozone to have the codes read but it said it passed
checked wires, replaced plugs and in 2 seconds i'm gonna go check the fuel filter
any other ideas

Autozone's scanner will only read current codes, if your SES light is on. Pep Boys and some other stores (not advanced) can pull your historical codes even if yrou light is off, but they charge for it.

yea scott we were playn circle of death and that was on an i saw and about fell out of my chair.....HOLLLLY SHITTTTT......
if their the stockers, ya gotta replace them man, they cant be in to good of shape

hey so i locked my keys in my car last night and just went out and broke into it took my 1 1/2 minutes 3 foot snap-on pry bar rag and a 4ft piece of and a brake line with 90 bent 3in away from the end worked well my alarm works HAHAHAHAH.
just replaced the fuel filter and it fixed it when i blew through the old one i thought i droped a nut no air would come through still havn't figured out how it was running with it that clogged, anyway thanks for all the input and suggestions
