I had a Superchips Handheld tuner just for basic settings back when I first started modding my car. There are several other brands which do about the same as the one I had. It served my purpose until I changed up my ehhaust and did some more serious mods. When I got ready to sell it, I had the factory tune dumped back to my car and had a good full dynotune ... recovered about half the original cost of the handheld. So, if you're just looking for the basics, you might want to kick the idea around. Some people hate the handheld, but, mine was awesome for my needs then.
If you have more serious modas that aren't in your sig, there are a lot of folks with tuning software on this board who would do a simple speedo-gear calibration for you and probably wouldn't charge you anything.
