why you parting it out my friend?

jwitt2 May 27, 2007 11:03 AM

prices look about right. I would post more specs on the motor... I want the rear, but I am broke. so it wil have to wait....

jwitt2 May 27, 2007 11:03 AM

are all the parts new?

JEB99TA May 27, 2007 12:14 PM

Motor has 12,000k .... trans and TC have 1,000k ... rearend has 1,000k ... everything's just broken in real good.

Only thinking of parting it out because I can recoup more $'s from it than I can if I sell it out right.

Art Vandaley May 27, 2007 12:16 PM

I understand... if you do I might want the hood.

DirtyBird222 May 27, 2007 12:55 PM

DirtyBird222 May 27, 2007 12:56 PM

That theory only works if you sell it all, if you sell the rear or the trans, then you're stuck with a car you can't use unless you replace the parts you sold.

Whats milage on the Shocks, and also intrested in the panhard bar.

JEB99TA May 28, 2007 01:43 PM

Shocks have about 30k on them with their lifetime guarantee, I think they would last for awhile ... maybe it's a million mile warranty ... forget which.

DirtyBird222 May 28, 2007 09:24 PM

what about the hoood? I'll have the money this friday

Was that Racetronix fuel pump hard to install, or is everything pretty much "plug and play"? I am thinking about buying the pump and wiring harness, no injectors from you. Could you let that go for say.....$175......$200??

Plug and play once you drop the rear end and fuel tank or cut a doggy door into the unibody

The SSheriff May 31, 2007 03:57 PM

I am EXTREMELY INTERESTED in that pump kit. Please let me know what you are going to do with it JEB

Getting some pretty good offers on the motor and entire driveline, so, thinking very seriously about following through with this. Give me about a week or so to think all this over. Not too many folks have replied compared to the PM's I have gotten. A lot of offers, so, I'm looking at them pretty hard.

remember to save the hood for me!
