I purchased a text book on ebay on August 9th for $95 from seller
Situationmall. After I won I was told that I could not pay for the textbook through paypal and that he only accepted personal checks and money orders. So I reluctantly sent him a money order to Celso Ferreira 13015 SW 89th PL #206 Miami, FL 33176 and hoped that I was not going to be ripped off… Well about two weeks later I was really nervous because I had not received the book. I contacted Situationmall and told him of my concerns and he said that “Your book was shipped yesterday. You should get it by Saturday.” So I waited another week and contacted him again. He replied, “I will check with the post office to see what is going on and get back to you.” Then I sent him another email telling him that if I did not receive the book in one week that I was going to contact whomever I had to, to get my money back. I received no response. I then googled the name “Situationmall” and found a girl who had also written about this guy who rips off people through ebay. Her website is http://www.xanga.com/skillett93/6125...one-wrong.html . I then requested the registered user information for the seller and this is what I got-
