My wife and I are looking for a roommate or prefrebly another couple to help out with the mortgage on our home. It is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood, 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths, with a loft and a 3 car garage with room for a workshop in the back. The house is over 3000sqft and the garage is an additional 1,000. The house is fully furnished. The bedroom for rent is 13 x 12 (the size of a master) with double closets. You will have your own bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. You will also have your own furnished living room.
