So I have learned...... ...........that, beer + Bowling + Fred Flintstoning the ball + Tripping over the boats god gave you as feet = Fall 
Fall + 235 Lbs of me + 16LB Bowling ball in hand + chair behind you = Pain
I thought It wasn't bad last night, No real pain except my elbow which took most of the blow. But man, my head (hit on the chair on the way down) is pounding..
And my shoulder hurts like crazy.. Guess I tweaked that too...
Damn Im a dumb ***.. lmfao
Just some randomness for a Boring *** Wednesday, thank god I work for a Hospital so i can get some drugs..
