Gainesville Raceway Comp Test and Tune
well. it had a decent turn out. not enough rain to stop anything for more than 10 minutes thanks goodness. i got 7 runs in myself. glad the car is running amazing. all seven runs i pushed it to the limit and nothing sounded out of the ordinary. except the fact that i ran WORSE than i did back in march when the car was stock... 14.97 at 91.3 as my best run! horrible. something up and i dont kno what it is... its been tuned 3 times to fix little missed topics on the tunes. but i dont kno what else we could have missed. lol. well anybody wanna post their times from tonight.
ps... villian- did you run the truck or what? there was a truck. think it was the same as what you had, that i was about to race, but the guy made him turn off cuz of stuff in his truck bed. lol

Nope I was just watching a few friends and hanging out. Normally would be racing my Formula or Nova but hung out in the stands for a few hours.
Saw your car make a few laps. 2.73 gears I'm guessing?

Whos car is that? Looks ******* nice, too bad it's slow....
-My first run was a 17 second pass in which I went backwards like a dumbass.
-Second pass ran a 15, had to let go of the gas 3 times becuase it couldn't hook
-Third pass ran a 13, again couldn't hook.
Last pass ran a high 12, let go of the gas twice and still slid all over the damn place.
Maybe it was the track, maybe it was me because I haven't raced in a while..Who knows, it was disappointing to say the least.
Good thing is that I met a lot of LS1Tech people there that I didn't know before.
Got some great videos of Glen's runs along with a few of myself.

Track was okay, I saw them spray and drag it once during the TNT. The guy I went to watch with an 8.5 second 'Busa hooked okay, but I didn't walk the starting line.

I saw Mark make at least 3, best was 11.35 at 124 mph I think.
Doc made one and the car sounded like it was shooting ducks, after that it was cruising around the pits and then went back on the trailer.
