Just relocated to North Florida

Just relocated to North Florida I just moved north from Vero Beach to St. Augustine, looking for something automotive to check out anyone have some ideas where and what goes down?

A few things happen around here on a regular basis but, your best bet is probably jacksonville.
River City F-bodies has a club, another forum, and meets. SSP is another.
There's also a large amount of folks that frequent the Sonic on beach blvd. in Jax on saturday nights. The problem most people have with the sonic thing is that there's always a handful of idiots there doing burnouts, revving their cars, and zipping up and down the street. I've personally been to it a few times, find it entertaining, and have met some good buddies with no problems.
A new shop recently has started up - EFI Alchemy. They have started up there own meets and remain pretty much GM powered vehicles. Haven't been able to make it to one of theirs yet but, you can check out some of the stuff on their website.
I also have heard that there's a car meet at the Outlets by 16 and 95 here in St. Augustine on a monthly basis but, have never made it to that either.

I do some searching when I get a chance later.... I forget where I asked the same questions a while back and was told about it (the thing at the outlets).
I know what you mean. I will neutral mine and rev a little as a hello. People probably think I'm some asshat showing off or want to race... haha.. oh well.

We hold meets here at our shop, usually about 50-60 cars show up and we have a great time. Watch the board here and we will announce the next one soon.
If you would like to swing by the shop i would like to get a look at your car, always fun to see a "new" LS car in the area. I could also fill you in on the scene here in NEFL.

Awsome thanks, Right now Im down at home cause of fay and I had to grab a few last minute thing, sure anyone with an Fbody knows it doesnt move well. And Im having some trouble with the car. I think its the Crank shaft pos sensor, but due to the storm the part has been pushed back and should be here today. If that doesnt fix it I might bring it by the shop and give you some business.Dont worry I rev to haha, sometime I get weird looks and sometimes thumbs up. Ill wave at any G8 I LOve those things. Ill have to get directions to the shop I wanna come by check everything out I love goin.

Crank shaft pos. sensor didnt do it, now Idk I get the random multi misfire code. cause backfires studders when on throttle sometime. Im starting to think fuel somewhere maybe the pump is goin bad.
