New pump gas best Well I finally got a semi decent pump gas pass on the car last night since Firebird raceway decided to actually lay down some VHT. I was running 91 octane at 11 psi and launched off the brake at 3500 rpm so it was pretty easy going and just dead hooked.
10.17 @ 133.5 with a 1.48 60'
Car has a well abused 3 1/2 year old APE 347 shortblock with AFR 225s, Flowtech cam, T-76, and a Rossler TH400 w/Chance custom converter. I was running the Bogarts with Hoosier DRs as well on that pass. My goal is 9.99 on 91 octane and then make some full passes with the brake at 18 psi and some good gas.
