how much boost would you run???

i have a 383 with ls6 heads so my compression is round 10.5-1 and i just bought a d1sc with a fmic and was wondering what the most boost i should run with a speed density tune?

What type of fuel are you going to run? pump...93 8-10 #'s of wouldn't be to bad if the tune is right.

Forged bottom end on that 383? If yes, I wouldn't think twice running 8-10PSI. The key to this is the tune. A good tune is the key to reliability, especially considering the slightly higher than stock CR.

yes its a forged bottom end and ill be running 93 in it. i have a ported fast 92/92 going on it and the cam is on a 113 so do you think ill hit 600rwhp on 8-10 psi?

Cam lsa is a little low you'll bleed off some boost with that.
