Yeah, I am pretty interested in this idea. I am in the process of finding a new home for my old setup to generate the funds and finishing up my LT1/Toyota 4runner conversion to free up the time. Also looking into options to acquire the LS motor and deciding which one to use. I can buy a 00' 66K ls1/6spd camaro for $4500 here as a organ donor and part the rest out which may be the best option. I am shooting for not this summer ,but next summer to have something along these lines completed. PhaseI will be the motor/tranny swap hopefully this summer, PhaseII will be a forced induction setup hopefully the next summer, PhaseIII will be a stout bottom end.

Turbos will be a new venture for me as will the LS series motor. I am just trying to read as much as possible on the two subjects before I make any final decisions or large purchases. At this point I have no idea what factory turbos would work well for this project.

I am also extremely open to your input, advice, thoughts, ideas, and knowledge that you would like to share. I have already received some great input. Thanks and keep it coming!

yeah i have seen the incerator before ..pretty wild..as far as the quad turbo idea ..man i would do it..i played with tiny turbos off of svo mustangs and thunderbirds and had them on my mustang.. had absolutely crazzy instant spool with just one turbo...of course top end sucked because it was through just one ,and was extremely maxxed out. i always wanted to try two in a series that away they would both be seeing the same amount of exhaust and better breathability.. never got around to doing it though..i would think you would want a pretty small turbo for 4, maybe like the lil ones off of the eclipses and talons. they would probally spool really quick on a on two cylinders and with four of themi would think the efficiency would be pretty good......dam now i want to try it lol....whats better than a fuel injected turboed chevelle...1 with 4 turbs lol

here is how one would probably do it... have 2 turbos back to back, on each bank, so 4 total. The exhaust feeds through one into the other.

My other idea is have a V go to a large turbo and a small turbo, and then once the smaller one maxxes, all the pressure will be forced to the larger one instead? Any ideas why it would or wouldnt work? Thanks
