Sorry if ya misunderstood. It was wired in and it controlled all the fueling using a 3 BAR Map sensor that was connected to it... i had the LM-1 connected to it so it could demand an 11.5:1 A/F and it did do that... even on race gas. You still have to use HP Tuners to tune for timing and everything else. Its really wierd because it see's all the values for fuel as half or double... dont 100% remember.
Yes my Harlan i meant y2khawk. He w ired it in the car for me and tuned it.
The car was in detroit MI for quite a while. The man is awsome when it comes to these cars.... he's the tuner for the red rocket and now is own Hawk again. Maybe he will see this and chime in. Hes the one who knows it and if im still correct he has it in his D/D truck in his sig..... turbo chevy truck....
Sorry i couldnt be more helpful.
Jeremy (Frcefed) has my setup now.

I have on and it's awesome. Whomever thought of this is GENIUS.
When you manipulate sensor inputs to the ECM, there are all sorts of unintended consequences. It's like the ripple effect through lots of charts in the ECM. However, the AEM F/IC manipulates the output to the injectors based on rpm and an on-board MAP sensor. You program in fuel tables just like you would on the more expensive aftermarket ECM's, plus it has lots of extra features like logging, rpm switch outputs, etc... It's really a great concept and works very well.
