Is it worth swapping to an LS6 intake?
I have a 98 SS with a V9 G-Trim, headers, and exhaust, and the original LS1 intake. My question is would I benefit more then a NA LS1 from the swap or less? Seems to me like the increased flow ability combined with the SC would make a bigger gain then with a NA car but I've heard that since the supercharger is already moving as much air as it can that the gain would be negligible, which is true?

It may make a hair bit of difference, just imagine FI as blowing through a straw, you open it up a bit, there is actually more volume of air going into the engine for the amount of restriction "psi".

Bob - What about stock fuel lines/rails? When would you recommend changing those out? Just curious, seeing a lot of intakes coming with aftermarket rails with -6an crossovers, just wanted to your opinion while we're talking intakes.

The stock fail rails are perfectly fine for 475 and even up to 600. No point in swapping those other than the Bling-Bling factor.
The LS6 intake will net maybe about 10 ponies from what you are currently make. With a H/C packs over your stock one, it will perform better.
