Cold Air Power: N/A < Forced?

My dyno was 440rwhp @ 4.25lb and 540 at 7.0lb (2.75lb x 36.0rwhp). Then my best air got 8.50lb to 5000rpm only (1.5lb @ 36.0rwhp = 54.0rwhp)! And I think if I would have turned up the boost to 8.5lb at the dyno tune I would have been at the same place, but, (Kenne Bell claims 42lb inj. are good for 617rwhp at 12.5afr) so I get 617/12.5=576/11.7 which is 8lb, safer AFR with less valve float.
54 = 10% of 540, and looks like 10% to me!
I'm thinking a forced car owner always knows how much power he is making. Am I wrong?
