recommend lobes for fi cam?

Need to pick something to work with my new combo:

Forged 346 9.2 compression
15 psi supercharged
6 spd

Criteria: Make great all around power with good drivabilty and some lope at idle. I'm thinking something along the lines of a 224/232 .581/.588 115

Your thoughts?

I have speed incs blower cam which is 224/232 .595/.583 114 sounds nice at idle drives great made 605rwhp and 521tq 9.5:1 CR forged 346 stock heads and 13psi D1SC and my car is a M6

Okay I did a search and it seems everyone is using XER lobes. I also found out that Speed Inc has the above cam I described listed as a blower cam. It's basically the same as the comps blower cam but slightly more exhaust duration and lift. How do measure the overlap of the cam?
