Default Carburated supercharged LS1?

Do they make a supercharger for a LS1 that can have a carb on it?

I doubt there is an off the shelf kit for this combo. The demand can not be that high since the vast majority of LS1 motors are EFI. I would send Bob at EPP an email/call. I am sure he could help you out.

Is that because a carburetor is the most efficient way of delivering the incorrect amount of fuel

^^^Only if you can't tune one worth a damn. Carbs are not that hard to tune, but their major defecit is the lack of fuel cut on decel. Otherwise a carb can be set up to perform as efficiently as EFI, and make more power as well due to the cooling effect of converting gas from liquid to gas in the venturi.

You might check with Magnachager, I know they make a carb version of there Radix for the SBC, and the blower might just fit on a LS1 tub too.

blow thru works, and ther are some really quick cars with it
the tune will never be as efficient as efi, but thats not the reason i would/am going blow thru.
if i want economy i will just throw a 4.8 with m6 and 3.23 or 2.73 gears and tune in my z28 and nones the wiser.
i may just have to end up doing it anyway for dd

Be prepared for sticker shock if you call BDS and ask about 8-71 kit prices.

Billet Manifold $3400
Drive Kit $1600
8-71 Air-Loc $2850
Carb adapter $150
