Procharger Race Valve
If the race valve was leaking boost at 10 psi you should be able to hear it. Bob

What pulley do you have on the head unit?
How tight is the blower belt?
Which valvesprings do you have?
Have you pressurized your intercooler system to check for leaks?

I have a Reichard Racing 3.4 pulley, D1SC head unit, belt is really tight, Patriot Gold double valve springs, 8-rib belt. I havent made me a pressure tester yet to test the system.
