What Transmision ? I was wondering what type of transmision would you go with on this set up
408ci, 101mm single, 9'
i will be driving this around town alittle and was wondering if a 4l80e would do the trick or would i need to go with a th400 ?
if 4l80e what trans mod's would you go with aka guts ?

We are learning that turbos like LOAD. The 400 is less expensive than the 80, and guys are running 2.75, 3.00, and 3.25 gears with 28" tires to attain the proper load. I think you can get down the hwy with a 400 as with these ratios, you would probably be pretty happy with a tough trans and have your city driving to boot. If you want top mileage, go with the 80.
