GT2-3 cam Is the GT2-3 cam really that good of a blower cam? I seen one person make alot of power installing this cam on the other LS1 message board. It's a baby cam but it seems to make awesome power. Any thoughts please.
Re: GT2-3 cam Mine worked great for my blower. I got it because I wanted the car to to be a total sleeper on the street - stock sounding idle, stock Firehawk catback, and quiet powerdyne blower. It was good for 450 rwhp for me. I would think you could do better, though, with something a little bigger.
I'm going turbo and getting rid of mine, but not because I didn't like it, I just want to optimize for horsepower this time (there's no point trying to hide the turbo whine).

Re: GT2-3 cam I have to admit the GT2-3 cam is pretty impressive even though it's small. I did buy MMS stage 1 blower cam and I'm going to try that first I guess. It's specs are: 218/228 .558/.558 115lsa. It's not too big and not too small. Thanks for your reply Hawk.
