custom pully
I just made a custom 2.800" 12 rib pully for a customer.
Here's a few pix:
Note, the pics were taken before I broached the keyway. The natural pulley is the one I made. The black anodized pulley is the mfg's pulley.

I charged the customer $200 for the custom pulley. That was for 1 pulley, as the quantity goes up the price goes down because the setup/programming time is spread out over more pieces.
