Default Intercooler & Keeping Bumper Stock

Trying to figure out the best way to intercool my setup and still keep the bumper intact. I don't really want to hollow it out and shove a huge intercooler in there since my car will be a daily driver... Was thinking of maybe doing a FMIC that will fit in there plus adding a water/alky kit to help keep things cool or maybe even a water to air intercooler. Any thoughts? How about the best way to mount it? On the street we'll run around 10 PSI on 91 Octane but at the track we wanna go for around 16 or so on 101 octane... How much room can you make in there w/out affecting the integrity of the bumper? Thanks!

Has anyone tried spraying their intercooler with CO2 or nitrous using a system like the NX "Ntercooler"?

C02 would be better because it's cheaper and does the same job.

Good point - I would imagine it would be a little safer, too.

Would it be possible to cool the intercooler with the CO2 AND run a water/alky kit? I imagine it would be a PITA to tune but I would imagine it would be effective...

What power level are you going for? Will this be on the track or the street?

80% street 20% track. We are shooting for around 700+RWHP with the F1 at 10 or 11 PSI on crappy 91 octane. On 101 race gas we would like to make 750+ at around 16 or more PSI.
