Twin turbo suggestions

Twin turbo suggestions What turbo's would you guys suggest for a 346 in a street rod? Motor is 346 forged bottom end 9.3-1, cam will be EPP blower cam.
Basically my horsepower goal is 700-750rwhp.
So with that HP goal in mind will I need AFR's or Trickflows? Or can I get away with some ported 317's? Or the stock 317s I have laying around for that matter.
I'd like to keep the budget resonable.
Turbo size- I would like something that will spool pretty quick. I have a 6-speed in the car now and I want to try to keep it in there for now, but if it proves to be too much of a handfull I do have a 4L80E in the garage I can put in.
