Exhaust Pipe Size...
One more bump... Can anyone else add any suggestions or recommendations on the what to do?
Or any other experiences with what some of you blower guys are running currently...

Have you considered doing a flowmaster merge, with a 4" muffler right after it. I wonder how much weight you would save compared to a true dual exhaust. It seems to work well on KP's car.
Yea those are some good RWHP numbers on a single 3in...
And speaking of "surface area" I saw this in another thread that may apply to this...

For comparison, let me give you rough cross sectional area, which indicates maximum flow:
single 3" - 7 square inches
single 3.5" - 9.62 sq in
dual 2.5" - 9.8 sq in
single 4" - 12.5 sq in
dual 3" - 14.1 sq in

well I can tell you my buddy's d1 setup is using mac mid length headers, with their Y, some high flow cats, and single I pipe back to the borla. I think it is all 2.75" could be 3" (whatever the borla exhaust comes with) and he makes 650+rwhp seeing 12psi on the boost gauge. I don't think your exhaust is hurting you one bit, and if you change it the only thing flowing better is money out of your wallet.
