One more bump... Can anyone else add any suggestions or recommendations on the what to do?

Have you considered doing a flowmaster merge, with a 4" muffler right after it. I wonder how much weight you would save compared to a true dual exhaust. It seems to work well on KP's car.

well I can tell you my buddy's d1 setup is using mac mid length headers, with their Y, some high flow cats, and single I pipe back to the borla. I think it is all 2.75" could be 3" (whatever the borla exhaust comes with) and he makes 650+rwhp seeing 12psi on the boost gauge. I don't think your exhaust is hurting you one bit, and if you change it the only thing flowing better is money out of your wallet.
