i don't know much about all of this, but this sounds like a little much for my goals. do i really need dual pumps and 72#/hr injectors w/ and impedance box? like i said, i don't plan on running more than 12# of boost for quite some time. wouldn't 30# injectors and a single pump work? remember, i don't know for sure and i'm just asking.

30's are good for maybe 450rwhp on a on a blown lt1 - and the last thing you want is to have fuel problems and kill something. If you want to stick high impedance I would get a minimum of the SVO 42's - though they will probably max out around 550-600rwhp safely. On your low boost setting that would probably be fine with one GSS340 - but on the 12-14psi setting you should make 700ish rwhp and that's 2 fuel pumps for sure. You m ight get by with the high impedance 57's that racetronix has, but the 75's will idle and drive better than the 57's will.

If you want to save some money I would do it by going with a normal T-76Q trim non ball bearing. You could also go with a turbonetics racegate instead of the tial.

Fuel system isn't the place to skimp though, and I would suggest just doing everything right the first time.

ok, let me see if i understand. you're suggesting that i get an intank and out of tank fuel pump or 2 intank? also, where should i look for the larger injectors and the impedance box? do these boxes ever give any trouble? like i said, i'm not trying to build the fastest car around, but i don't want to have fuel problems when i do boost it up. what's the better wastegate, first you said the TiAl and now your saying maybe the racetronix? another question that just jumped into mind is a boost controller and turbo timer? sorry, the more i get into this the less it seems i know.

I would do a dual intank GSS340 walbro pump setup. On LT1's it's easy. (That's 2 intank pumps) You need 2 pumps, about 50 bucks in fittings from summit, and some hose. You should be fine with the rest of your system (also need a boost sensitive fpr, like the aeromotive).

Speed Inc., a sponsor here, sells a converter box (don't worry about LT1/LS1, it's all the same as far as the box is concerned). The injectors you can get from most of the sponsors - I know speed demon has some Siemens-Deka 75's in stock right now (one set is mine though ). I haven't heard about anyone having issues with the box. You could try the SD 57 high impedance injectors (wouldn't need a box), but they will open slower than the low impedance ones and probably require a bit more tweaking. Injectors are pretty much the same price (440-500bucks), so the only added expense for the low impedance is the box.

As far as wastegate's I would go with the Tial unit, but it does cost more. The HKS is a good unit also, I don't know what it goes for pricewise though. If you wanted to go cheaper about the smallest I would go would be a Turbonetics Racegate. I wouldn't bother with the Deltagate.

Boost controller I am not that familiar with - I would stay away from the Greddy stuff - just mainly anecdotal, but I have heard bad things; probably go with an Apexi unit like the AVC-R.

What is being suggested here isn't neccecarily the only way to do it - but I do think it's the right way. If you do everything right and go with quality parts you will have 1000x less trouble down the road - again, in my opinion!
