Default Newb needs help

Ok so to start off Im new to forced induction. I went on a buying spree and purchased items with out really understanding anything. I purchased an st-80 from a member of the fourm with the intention of running it on a 408. From what I have been reading its not the best choice for my setup. I just picked up the motor from hke so changing that is not an opiton. What could I expect if I run this turbo with the 408?? I plan on going with a s480 later on down the road. Thanks for any info..

You can run the ST-80, it'll just be a little small for the application. I think Zombie ran one on his rear mount 370, and it spooled like a mad man. It may or may not work, but an S480 turbo will be able to fill those chambers up a hell of a lot better than that ST-80!
