Which Auto-lite spark plugs?

Which Auto-lite spark plugs? I have a miss/stumble that I want to see if a set of Autolites will take care of but I cant seem to figure out which plug to use.
AutoLite book says,
1998-2000 part# 5243
2001-2002 part# 5245
I have heard part # 103 mentioned before also.
Why would the catalog specify a plug two heat ranges colder for a 1998-2000 LS1?
Part# 103 is the same heat range as a 5245 but says it has a different tip.
Part# 5243 is the coldest plug in that style.
