Having boost bleed issues,need some help.

Having boost bleed issues,need some help. My car is sometimes bleeding boost & I cant figure out why. Its not doing it all the time but for most of the time it is. I have been all over the car and cant find any exhaust leaks or boost leaks. The boost controler is now referenced off the same block everything else is in line with the brake booster vaccum line.
Here's a HPT log of whats going on.
Around frame 500 it seemed ok but around frame 2700 the boost curve was very jagged and wouldnt make over 5 psi and it started steadily bleeding down from there. I just cant understand why this is happening. A friend suggested that the tires may be spinning but I log speed and rpm and it dosent look like the wheels are spinning at all except for on the shift maybe a little.
