Will my cam work with a supercharger

Will my N/A cam work w/ supercharger. Also what else do I need I have a g5x2 cam in my car now. Made good power 426/394 cam only. Now my question is this.
I might be looking to get into a supercharger. Anyways, I have someone looking to send me a twin intercooler kit with all piping, intake plenum, and Procharger valve. Anyways, I'm just looking to see what else I would need.
Crank pulley???? (I have a March UD pulley)
Headunit????
Headunit pulley
I see 6,8, 12 rib pulleys. Which would I want to go with how much would that cost.
I need anything else????
