What are you running for timing?

What are you running for timing? My car won't seem to let me run any more than 7 deg timing. I am running an sts gt 67 @9psi w procharger intercoolers tr6 plugs (0.028" gap). afr just above 12:1 i tried to richen it still couldn't add any more timing. Spraying meth I can add 1 or 2 degrees but it sometimes pulls it. Say I start the pull with iat at 60 it gets to about 85*F by the end of the pull.
I was just wondering what you guys are able to run for timing.
I think i am going to have to swap the heads to some 317's or maybe a thicker head gasket.

is the meth pump capable of 100% meth or do u have o mix it?
does the knock sensers want to pull timming threw the hole pull or just when u thump it? MY budies car is at 26deg at 10 psi on a built engine with 11.3 comp. and the engine didnt pick up knock but we did not want to push the 11.3 engine that was on 100 meth iat start at mid 70 and by the end of the pull down to low 50

With my 5.3, I was able to easily run 16* on 8lbs, and am currently running 14* on 10psi. 91 octane, no meth. I run my AFRs in the low 11s. My IATs do not change much from the start/finish of a run, might climb 5*s at most.
