Well you need afr around 10.5 to maybe 11.5 not 13 to 1 that is NA AFR and you will be buying a new engine soon of you are that lean. Also for that boost run one heat range colder like tr6 and gap to about .028. Or go iridiums and run tr6ix or even tr7ix you can run colder iridiums without problems unlike too cold copper .You can gap the iridiums down just don't use wheel gapper so you don't break center electrode.I know they say not to gap them but they say a lot of things .
Also you might have problems with stock valvesprings and valve float. You need some 918 or comparable valve springs if you have stock ones.

Get that afr fixed up right now! Set it to 10.5 or 11. And keep timing pretty low until you are sure what you are doing..12 is pretty safe starting range for timing.Run premium and I would be tuning at lower boost if you can depending on if you have external gate .
Tune at 5psi maybe till you get it all sorted out.

Stock engine and mistakes equal kaboom. goodbye ringlands.

Thats a lot of timing, what is your plug gap, and what springs do you have?

Timing is like NA timing, AFR is na AFR . plugs should be as said about .028 and better bet at least one heat range colder. Lower boost immediatel tune at low boost as said maybe 5psi of your gate can go that low. Put in new valve springs like 918 comps if you are on stock. You can be blowing out spark or floating springs. Your timing and afr are for sure going to make those ringlands break even on race fuel. Who is tuning this thing?
If you run speed density then you have two tables for pe. Make the non boost table about 12.5 to 12.8. Make the boost table about from 10.5 to 11.5 or so for now. You need to tune ve to match the pe so take it easy until you see how far out ve is. and hope you set ve a bit richer than stock when you went to speed density .Are you using hptuners?
Go into spark tables and make the max timing about 12 for now you can creep up later but doubt you should ever go much past 18 and would stay lower on stock block and heads .Less chance of lifting heads and taking out gaskets.

Please take the above advice before catastrophic engine damage happens unless you have deep pockets and don't care if you need to rebuild motor.

Listen to this guy. I know another guy, ran 15 psi on a GTO. Killed #7 twice in a month. Same issue both times. Cracked piston.

Make sure your AFR's are good and def keep an eye on timing. 22* seems to much. Lower that down a bit, level your AFR's, then add timing just shy of detonation.

Thanks for all the information and quick response. The problem has been solved it was due to bad grounds to the ing coils a couple of ground wires and it took care of the problem. as far as afr its at 11.5 with 12* timing made 607hp and 630tq to the wheels

also running tr6 plugs prc dual tsp pr 317 heads cam 60# 255lph pump B.R. regulator

Still more tunning to be done to make it perfect but i think its a good start thanks again and i will keep you all posted
