Default Couple of questions... (long)

I have a CTS-V that has a D1SC installed on it. I ran into some problems with the motor and it looks like I'm going to have to replace the motor, so it looks like it's time to get something built.

Here's a few things that I'm deciding...

1) Rebuild the LS6 block or try to get my hands on an LQ9 block?
2) Stud the heads or use head bolts?
3) How much boost can I run reliably on a D1SC / daily driver? I'd like to run 12-14psi. I have the 8-rib setup but the stock tensioner.
4) How much injector / what kind of fuel pump would I need to support that type of setup?
5) Will my SPEC 3+ clutch hold?
6) Can I build out a setup like this and swap the heads later as more cash becomes available?
7) Is the SC1 (Speed Inc) cam too small or should I go with something different?

Thanks,
E

have made 500 on stock lq4 with just 918 springs. with pump
studs are better than bolts for forced induction
ls9 gaskets
60lb. injectors and pump. the 6.0 heads flow just as well as the ls6
lq4 is 9.4:1
lq9 is 10:1
