Default Forged Short Block + ProCharger Install Cost?

I am looking to drop in a forged short block (347) and add a Procharger (W/fuel system). Can someone please give me a rough idea on what I am looking at to have a shop do this?

I figured costs as follows:

Forged Short Block = $3,700

Procharger = $7,000

Install = ?

Any shops that read this post I am looking for quotes.

Thanks,

Bill

If you decide to buy used parts I have the 3 1/2 inch intercooler kit complete with Aluminum Plenum - less than 2000 miles. I bought it as part of the complete kit from Bob.

Or I have Bob's piping sans the intercooler that I bought as a kit from Bob also. I replaced the steel piping with my own custom aluminum piping.

I also have the ATI fan - < 1000 miles on the fan. I replaced with a Spal Extreme 16 inch.

You can install a Procharger with your eyes shut. Shortblock isn't too bad either. Save yourself some money and do it yourself.

I agree. Find a complete used kit and use the money saved to get a good FMIC, big radiator, SDCE Tension kit, alky kit, guages, wide band, laptop, tuner kit, and upgraded fuel system.

A lift is nice, but you can do everything on jack stands - those that raise the car 24 inches. If you have extra garage space for one car and lots of time you can do it yourself. Eventually you will have to understand how it all works anyway - so might as well install it yourself from the get-go.
