I would like to see some dynos of spraying pre intercooler or pre turbo and pre engine in tb or into engine direct port. Still bet closer to engine better it works.

I agree but i would like to see the diffrence in IAT's vs location along with the horse power changes.

i like that setup but have you thought of running a stand alone fuel system to the dp with nos and meth as your fuel... that would be a killer setup and prob the most effective in both aspects... alot of nos guys run meth just make sure the solinoids are made for it..

Maybe i missed it somewhere, but how much boost are we talking about, what is the intake duration of the cam, and eng. displacement?

Is this thing tuned in speed density or MAF?

As I'm sure that the guys spraying in the intake are already aware, IAT sensor is not seeing the benefits of the reduced charge temp and wont be able to apply any modifiers that may be in the tune. Also, the PCM cannot make any fueling corrections if the car is using a MAF.

i thought i read up somewhere that spraying before the turb isnt good for the fins or seals or something of that nature..

I had a 50hp shot on my car. stock bottom end 5.3L running 15psi. It was a wet kit but for some reason fouled the plugs, so I disconnected the fuel side of it and let it rip. AFR prior were 11.4-11.6:1 but i never checked after....it sounded good. It ran for 2 years and is still great. ran 10.55 @ 128 w/o and with the 50 shot ran 10.33 @ 131. gained about a tenth in the 60ft. Most noticable off the line. I had some lag and it made up a bit. I dont know if that gives you an idea what a 50 shot does. My converter was really loose.

Spraying on the intercooler ,into the intercooler into the turbo are all not as good as spraying into the tb or into the engine directly. Nitrous is going to start heating up pretty quickly farther away you use it. spraying on intercoooler is just plain wasteful!
Put it into the engine as close as possible.

but fuel is a different story!! if meth or gas goes thru the turbo it will frost the intake up nice and make for some sub 40 deg air on 100deg days. but is to much risk for most to go thru with...

That would be using it as a fuel.

Spraying it on the IC is using it to reduce the IAT temps.
