633hp
Thanks guys ,I ended up useing the TR6's and gapped em at 30 and had her SD tunned this weekend in Gettysburgh,Pa by Jerremy and made 633hp on only 9 psi , that was with a nice (fat) AFR of 10;1 under boost too. We had to lock up the converter to even get those #'s because the tires were breaking loose on the dyno LOL even after putting on 4 more straps.Beings is strictly a weeked and cruise car i just decided after the road test that 9 PS1 was perfect for what i do with her and less boost equats to less maintainance and a longer engine life too LOL

Of course, the more the boost the smaller the gap, Someone only running like 5-6lbs can probably get away with a .040 gap or more, I was running 12lbs, at .035 I was blowing the spark out, at .032 it was missing, so I went to .028..All was good after that....030 is probably ok..

Great but beware, I have seen broken ringlands with a nice safe fat A/F but still too aggressive of a tune, lots of timing...

I had issues I thought with my tr6ix maybe being fouled out but not from the plugs but from other issue with camsensor and 120 pound injectors. So put in 60s for now fixed the cam sensor issue and figured change out plugs. Was going to put in tr8ix but not running high boost right now or my spray so just playing with around 8psi.
I coudln't find tr6 anywhere in my city! **** me off. So put in autolite 103s today. Chances are it would have been fine at .030 maybe even .035 but went to .028 just to make 100% sure as was having wot issues that thought were plugs. Turned out to be burnt up granatelli HT wires and one plug with no plug connector inside the boot??WTF? Not sure how that happened.
Anyway the car is running like a bear now with autolites. So happy camper. Still likely go to the tr8ix next season when do up the boost and run some spray.

[QUOTE=2001-WS6;11745813]It's all about tuning for your combo and street/strip cars have a lot more room than race cars do when it comes to selecting plugs.
TR6s gapped at 28 running with 18 degrees of timing at 19-20psi on pump gas and meth can get you hot lapped 9.4s at 149mph in some cases. Yes an A2W intercooler helps keep those IATs down where everthing is comfortable. In others, TR6s can be a D'ohhhhh!!! but 400rwhp sure isn't the limit to them unless you've really messed something up in a LSx combo.
This is the exact combo I have, with no knock, runs cool, with a conservative tune through cats and mufflers, numbers in sig...
