Default Should this oil be there?

I had to remove my throttle body and found all this oil there on my SC LS2. Is this coming from pcv or carnkcase ventilation?

might be from the PCV depends where the PCV hooks up. put a catch can in line and see how much oil she collects

Boost = higher crank case pressure, most likely from your PCV, I'd get a vented catch can on it or breathers.

As Trust suggested you will need a catch can, possibly two. FI cars are plumbed differently than NA cars for catch cans.

For example: ATI blocks the TB inlet from the passenger side valve cover and instead runs the hose from the valve cover to the inlet hat on the intake side of the SC. Under boost it can suck oil from the valve cover into the inlet hat, thru the charger and into the the dual intercoolers or FMIC. You do not want the intercooler(s) contaminated with engine oil. In your case a similar issue is occurring under boost - a catch can or two will catch that oil.

Here is a good read.

And this one for different installations and setups for FI with diagrams.
