im thinking i would need a pulley around or just under 3". do they make them? is there a setup that uses a bigger crank pulley? mine is 7.25 now...

Get a bigger Crank pulley. I think your crank pulley is 7.5 inchs which is what comes on Fbody kits?

My GTO pulley was 7inch and i got a 8inch made took about 2weeks to get.

Its cost a little more to do a crank pulley, but it also helps with belt slip alot. But im running a F1C im not sure if people have issues with slipping on the D size ones though

Are you running the SDCE kit? If so, I think you are limited to 7.25. The stock procharger 8 rib crank pulley is 7.65". And to answer the original question, the smallest blower pulley I've ever heard of is 3.2", but there may be smaller ones. I would think 3.2" is just begging for belt slip tho!

ProCharger doesn't make anything smaller than a 3.4" 8 rib, trust me, I've tried. If you want smaller you need a Reichard Racing pulley, but I can't speak for them since I'm still on the 3.4".

BoostedWS7 - I made 14-15psi with a 3.7 pulley. That was with a 7.65 crank pulley though. How much power is the car making?

grpaic - I have a 3.7 pulley if you need one.

+1 I want more boost! I was thinking of going with a bigger crank pulley or getting this new tensioner setup this guy came out with. Its cheaper than SDCE too! WAY more belt wrap.

just looked into it a lil further. i dont need the entire pulley that slides on to the crank. i have an ati damper so i just need just the pulley that bolts onto the face of the damper. my original setup is an sdce.
