Big Red Race Valve Placement?

Big Red Race Valve Placement? Does it matter where you place the Bypass Valve between the Supercharger and the intake manifold, or which side of the intercooler? The only thing I could think would be effected is a little more turbulent flow into the intake manifold the closer it is to the Throttle Body. Are there any other reasons to mount it in a certain location?
