Solve a dispute between me and a buddy I am about to put a D1SC on my T/A with a FMIC and a alky control kit.
A friend I know from work (owns a SRT-4), keeps telling me that I need to "spray the IC" with 50 water / 50 meth..
I keep telling him I am going to spray 100% meth into the intake basically.
He is telling me that I will pick up a lot of horsepower if I spray the IC along with the alky control kit...
Will someone educate me on this? Isn't it ALL about IAT's? And I will control that with the alky control kit....

are you talking about spraying water/meth ON TO the IC?? if so then YES it works! 
its a trick the rally guys have used for years! ok not good at the track and not as effective as meth but it will help lower intake temps some.
