changing head gasket. need help picking

ok i have the ls9 7 layer gasket. but i want the thinkness less.

so for boost what is the best gasket?

is cometic still good?

346? 317 heads, studs, and oem mls gasket for me.

I have ran cometics under boost with no problems.
