approx spooltime on a 5.3 MPGT45 ?

approx spooltime on a 5.3 MPGT45 ? so i've decided on throwing a 5.3 in the fd.. now the name of the game for this car will be response and agility.. i know the MPT70 will come online quick and put the power down.. but i could do it with a GT45 on less boost aka cooler for open track days and such..
i'm just wondering what kinda rpm its going to take to get it moving.. or should i just throw a t70 on the car and meth away..

btw target weight for the car is around 26-2800 so 550 to 600hp should be plenty to get her going..
