Why so much power
1-2-3-4-5-6 **** this. That counting **** doesn't work at all.
What a fucked up thing to say bro. As if I don't hear enough BS about the whole corvette manhood thing, someone has to attack horsepower in general.
Honestly man, i'm gonna react nicely, even though I just recieved a serious case of blue ***** from a vixen and I can't exactly choke her for it. grrr...
here goes:
You obviously don't really have too much of a concept of the need for power. Could be for any number of reasons. For example. If I lived in a town of, oh,..20,... you probably wouldn't need to be rolling out in too hardcore of a street car. So,..why not keep it stock right? Right, whatever. OR,..another reason, you simply don't race your car. Be it on the street, or on the track. So, why the need for extra power right? sure.
BUt, to each his own.Personally, my reason is, what was once fast,....simply doesnt cut it in 2009. Everything gets faster with time. Compair an F15 to an F22(jets). Why the extra power? So it can **** **** up, quicker, or easier. Things simply get out dated, or for me, and I am sure everyone, the competition/enemy, gets quicker and more powerful too(I can't believe I have to explain this).
Where I live,....700-1000 hp,...honestly, these days,...is soo common, it's sickening. Personally, as cool as I am about racing for fun, I dont want to loose. Last thing I want to see, is a mother ******* supra or a ford GT stretching it's legs on me. Call it whatever you want. There is nothing like beating a car, or bike((especially) that is supposed to be faster then you are. Its like knocking the CHAMPS teeth down his throat. If you never K walked someone, wouldn't expect you to know what that feels like either. Point is, for some, it's an acheivement. I realize I am never going to be the "fastest" but,...you can't stop me from trying.
Racing enhances the breed, the breed as a whole gets stronger, everyone(ford,chevy,turbolambos,poopras,porsches,i mports,..bmmer's,.....and even now the worlds fastest 4 door, the cadillac cts-v) gets quicker, even the OEM cars. Which, nobody here wants to get beat by a car that just rolled off the showroom floor(not even a veyron). Little **** brick kids,...and I do mean kids,..that weigh 100lbs are driving bolton 400whp srt's and ****. You ask why the power still?
That, and we, or people, have gotten used to there setups. 400 hp that was once OMG fast,...you get used to it, then your ready for a 150 shot,....then,...you want 550 all the time....then...wow,....I need to make like 650 to **** **** up..... dammit man,...that other cars fast......I need probably like 750-800 wheel to own...... hell yes, this **** is sick....then,..along comes doctor douche in his 5billion dollar porsche that is ready to **** your brains out all over the highway....so then..... you need 1000whp.... then what.
It's an addicting drug dude,...the more that **** flows in our veins,...the more our bodies are used to it,...the more we need to survive. Don't **** with the junkies.

hey *** i have ever possible part of aftermarket stock style suspension and there is no way possible 700 hp will hook on the street. I mean i guess the best part is none if you know **** about my car but think you know everything hating on another man would be considered gay

Mine hooks just fine anything over 40MPH, and I doubt you have as much suspension as I do, it's all in the setup. If I were you I'd watch your posts before someone decides to come down on you.
