help with intake choice

help with intake choice picking up an ls motor in next few weeks and will be boosting it right off the bat.
I want something that provides even distribution and lots of torque
do I go with a single plane intake and 4150 style throttle body,
or do I go with the stock style intake and a single blade throttle body
also, how much boost will the stock style intake hold?
please educate me.

This is the intake I am using on my Camaro, with an intake elbow. It just depends on what you're looking for. The GM LS6 intake is a very good intake manifold too, as in the FAST 92mm intake and the Edelbrock Pro-Flo XT. Bob
