using silver rtv instead of gasket for turbo

Hi everyone

My setup with flipped exhaust manifolds keeps leaking, someone told me that I just need to uuse silcver rtv and No gasket.. Have you tried it? what were your results?
any opinion is welcome

At the turbo flange? I use copper RTV and no gasket...

thanks fireball.. your car is amazing

I wanto to use everywhere

head to stock manifods

manifolds to downpipe

downpipe to tuerbo flange

I used mr gasket ... the cooper ones and it keeps leaking, downpipe to turbo flange, the stock garret is working by now

Stock gaskets work well at the head.

I'm with Fireball, on the turbo flange I use just copper high temp silicone & no gasket.

Can I use it for the waste gates? And for the exit for the turbos?
